To give this more than 2 or 3 stars is ridicules! It is obvious the high rating is given due to owners, friends and family giving high scores. It is worn out, lack of maintenance, leaky, noisy, dirty, and absolutely not worth more than 2 stars. To give a hotel ratings at all because the staff is nice is noting less than moronic, as it is their paid job!

The perfect location of small resort and hotel that suitable for Rajamangkala university of technology E-san member. You can walk access in 5 minutes. The hotel has morning buffet included. The room has 3 types. The price is fair compared by the quality. Good resort and hotel. Recommended.

I stayed 2 times.. Rooms are different that I got. So.. * Room close with small road is quiet than room close big road. * Room with Sofa quite good and comfotable. Positive: + 1st night I asked maid for some bottle of the water because I would not them to clean my room (I stayed for 4 nights). For 2nd until 4th night I have no need to ask, the 4 bottles of the water always at the door everyday. + Really good breakfast.. Noodle is cook fresh there. For food, they change menus everyday. + Close with market, Central, University .... + Parking is free and enough for everybody. + Safe place for person who travel alone like me. + Big and comfortable bed. + Fridge, Teapot, Hair dryer in the room. Negative: - I got room close with Big road (for 1st time that I booked 1st night). Really noisy I cannot have good sleep. - Some point in the shower room is have dark spot, look dirty. - Air condition is noisy.

A budget friendly resort that did not disappoint, we will definitely return. The included breakfast was full of options and they even accommodated my request for scrambled eggs (and they were delicious).

Service was quite good. Rooms were clean but overall you could see that the property has not aged well. There were mosquitoes (i suggest having tea tree oil, eucalyptus or cintronella with you, it would help to repel the mozzies). Some evenings, they have events at their ballroom/restaurants which can last throughout the night. Even though all these issues, I had a great stay and soak in the tub. Overall unless your the fussy type, the stay is still enjoyable.

Showing its age and the block out curtains they say are very ordinary. We just wanted to sleep in but could not as soon as the sun came up it was so bright in the room, but the breakfast was good

The hotel is in a good location, just off a busy road. The breakfast buffet is mostly Thai food, but it was pretty good. Probably my only complaint is the wifi. We stayed on the 5th floor, and it was barely usable inside the room. The only way to maintain a good connection was to go near the entrance door. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
